Instead, we are taking a comprehensive approach to use your body efficiently, build a solid foundation, and reach your peak potential.

Dr. Katie uses sports-specific techniques, including Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Titleist Performance Institute (TPI Cert 1), dry needling, cupping, etc., to help you reach your peak performance.

With only treating one client at a time, we focus on you & you alone. Making sure each minute is maximized to get what you need to get to where you want to go.
